Our store is hosted on Afrihost. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at http://www.cuddlelove.co.za. By accessing this website you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order.
We may have to change these terms and conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to check if any changes have been made since your last visit to cuddlelove.co.za before you order. You can review the most current version of the terms and conditions at any time on this page. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
When you buy from us, your contract is made with Cuddle Love. When you place an order with us, you agree that these terms and conditions shall form the contract between us. The contract between us will only begin to exist when we accept your order by emailing you the confirmation email. Our relationship with you is based on these terms and conditions alone. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by you and by us.
You agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms.
Payment of Orders
Cuddle Love accepts payment from all major credit and debit cards via the website via Payfast or by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). No cheques or cash deposits will be accepted.
Orders are only shipped once full payment has been received. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you if payment has not been received in full.
Payment by Credit or Debit Card
When paying by card, you will be redirected to Payfast, who will then take your card details over a secure connection. Once the transaction has been completed, you will then return to our website. You agree that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours and not being used fraudulently. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or nondelivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. Your invoice address must match that of your card statement address. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit or debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Payment by EFT
Our banking details will be provided to you after the order is placed. You need to use your order number as the reference on your transfer. We will only process your order once the payment has reflected on our bank account. It can take up to three days for us to receive and process your transfer. Proof of payments must be sent to email@example.com.
Our products or services are available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or contact number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree that all information you provide for the purposes of ordering or purchasing goods are accurate and complete. We cannot take responsibility for problems or delays caused if the details you provide are incorrect.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. Please check all prices before placing your order. Sale items are excluded from any other offers and promotions.
We will send the confirmation email to the email address you give to us when you place your order. It sets out details of the products you wish to buy, the total amount of your order and your method of payment. You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
Our orders are sent via a courier company and will be shipped to a physical address, supplied by yourself.

You can also collect from us in Eldoraigne, Centurion, or arrange your own courier.
Free delivery for all orders over R800.
We can only give approximate delivery periods based on approximate dispatch times. Courier delivery times are from the time the package is dispatched. All courier orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed and paid for. Delivery should take approximately 4 – 7 working days.

As soon as your order is on it’s way; you will receive an email with a tracking number to confirm that your package is on its way.

Courier options cannot be sent to farms or PO Box addresses (please contact us direct at email@example.com to complete your order should you wish the order to be sent to a farm address or PO Box address).
We currently do not take international orders via our online store. Please email us with your order and we will prepare a quotation for you.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that your product reaches you in great condition. If you think it’s damaged or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +27 (0) 83 660 2511 and we will work with you to sort things out.
Right to Cancel
You are entitled to cancel or return your order for goods which are kept in stock, within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to you.
As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
You agree to inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to cancel the order and obtain confirmation from us of receiving your intention to cancel the order.
You undertake to return the goods by courier in their original packaged condition, unassembled and unused and in sellable condition. We recommend that your returns should be sent by recorded delivery, we will not take responsibility for goods which do not reach us.
You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 5 working days of us receiving the goods in unused condition. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. You will be liable for the full shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your original invoice as we offer free shipping on completed sales and sometimes subsidise, discount or absorb additional costs.
Goods which are custom-made to-order cannot be cancelled after having been delivered to you.
We will accept returns on in-stock products according to the Right to Cancel Policy.
All returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.
Products returned must be in their original packaging, unassembled, unused and in sellable condition.
All custom-made orders are made especially for you and are therefore final sales. We cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on custom orders unless the product is defective, damaged or if the product you received is not the same as the product you have ordered.
Custom designs or specific colour choices cannot be returned. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Personally inspect packaging and note any damage on the receiving ticket before signing for it.
Please report any shortages or damages within 24 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via email. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we may best assist you. It may be that only a replacement part is required instead of shipping the complete product back to us, which will be issued at our discretion.
Please email us first should you wish to return goods with defects or that have been damaged in transit. Any approved returns for damaged goods will be shipped via our couriers free of charge as covered by the shipping insurance against damage in transit. We will take responsibility for booking the collection with our couriers. Replacements can only be made once we have determined that there was damage caused during transit. Items that are received with shipping damage will be replaced with the same or similar item at no charge, subject to stock availability. If it is subsequently found that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs.
If a free gift or promotional item was enclosed as part of your purchase then this should also be returned or the retail cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.

You agree that if you breach these terms and conditions, or if any liability arises from the way that you use our website, you will be responsible for the cost of any damage that we suffer as a result.
This may include our reasonable legal fees. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Our liability to you in respect of each order you make is capped at a sum equal to the cost of the products included in that order. We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions appearing on cuddlelove.co.za. We reserve the right to change product specifications, prices and availability of our products and services at any time and without notice to you.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will email you as soon as possible to let you know. We are not obliged to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you order a product and the price published on cuddlelove.co.za is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to let you know that we have not accepted your order. We will tell you the correct price for the product and you may choose to buy it at the correct price.
If you have already paid for the wrongly-priced goods, we will refund the full amount within 30 days from the date of your order. If you choose to buy the product at the corrected price, we will charge this separately to your debit or credit card or you may select to make payment via EFT.
If you receive products which are not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the order and we’ll do all we can to correct the problem. You may be required to return some products to us before we can resolve the problem.
We work hard to ensure that the data we collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any breach in our secure computer servers.
We do not have any liability to you for delay in the delivery of the products that you order, whether or not the delay is beyond our control.
We do not warrant that our website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or errorfree. We do not warrant that our website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be responsible for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through our website.
We may, but have no obligation to, review and monitor all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and we are not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. However, we reserve the right to block or remove communications or materials that we determine to be abusive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, in violation of a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of another or offensive or otherwise unacceptable.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

These terms and conditions are governed by South African law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, you and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
